Ever wish you could pop some goodness in your mouth and your body would be
fueled for hours? Look no further! These freekeh energy balls make a great power snack or breakfast-on-the-run. —Freekehlicious

  • Makes 12
Ingredients
  • 3 tablespoons coconut oil
  • 2 cups cooked whole grain freekeh
  • 1 cup peanut or almond butter
  • 1/2 cup cacoa chips or chocolate chips or both
  • 1/2 cup chopped goji berries or dried cherries
  • 2 tablespoons honey

Directions
  1. Mix all together. Put into freezer for 10 minutes. Roll into balls.
