fueled for hours? Look no further! These freekeh energy balls make a great power snack or breakfast-on-the-run. —Freekehlicious
- 3 tablespoons coconut oil
- 2 cups cooked whole grain freekeh
- 1 cup peanut or almond butter
- 1/2 cup cacoa chips or chocolate chips or both
- 1/2 cup chopped goji berries or dried cherries
- 2 tablespoons honey
- Mix all together. Put into freezer for 10 minutes. Roll into balls.
