Ingredients

500 grams
flour, without yeast

milk

160 grams
oil

1 pinch

figs

Cinnamon and sugar to sprinkle

brown sugar
Directions

Beat well with your hands, all the ingredients and will be adding more flour (if needed) until tender.
Grease with butter and lightly flour a rectangular tray of baking.
Preheat oven to 180 ° C.
Dividing the dough into two parts and extend in one floured surface with the aid of a roller. Place the dough very thin, extended the tray and press down with your fingertips so that it is well extended and thin. Sprinkle generously with sugar and cinnamon.
Cut the apples into thin slices. Wash the figs and remove the pulp.
Place the fruit on the dough. Sprinkle with a little more sugar and cinnamon.
Extend the remaining dough, and put it over the apples and figs.
Treads lightly with your fingertips, sprinkle again with sugar and cinnamon, and still raw, cut the dough into squares (type individual doses).
