QUICKLY SAUTE THE BREAD SLICES IN HOT BUTTER IN SKILLET AND REMOVE

ADD THE FILETS TO THE SKILLET FOR 3 MINUTES ON EACH SIDE, REMOVE AND PLACE ON THE BREAD SLICES

LOWER HEAT AND ADD CHOPPED SHALLOT AND ANCHOVY BUTTER MIX AND THEN ADD THE WINE SIMMER FOR 2-3 MINUTES- pOUR OVER FILETS
