When you are overwhelmed with mint from your backyard or farmers market, there is nothing better to do than to make a warm cup of mint tea. If you are annoyed with fresh mint leaves floating in your tea, use a strainer before enjoying. —sweetheart

Ingredients
  • 1 handful fresh mint leaves
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • honey to taste
Directions
  1. Squeeze your mint in your hand once firmly and partially rip the leaves to let out their aroma. Push them to the bottom of your mug.
  2. Pour in your boiling water and let the mint steep for 5 minutes. Stir in honey to taste. The mint should settle towards the bottom as you drink.
