Gingerflower Sunrise

Author Notes: This cocktail's name is a play on the ingredients list: gin, ginger ale, elderflower liqueur, and a drizzle of grenadine for the sunrise effect. It's sweet, fizzy, fragrant, and dangerously easy to drink.ieatthepeach

Makes 1 drink

  • 1 1/2 ounces gin (preferably Hendrick's gin)
  • 1 1/2 ounces St. Germain (elderflower liqueur)
  • Ginger ale
  • Grenadine
  1. In a champagne flute, combine gin and St. Germain. Top the glass with ginger ale. Drizzle in a small amount of grenadine and let it settle to the bottom. Serve immediately.
