Author Notes
Do you make a great blend of spices to jazz up your meals that everyone raves about? Do they want the recipe? Well, package them up and gift them to your friends and relatives! I offer my two favorites here...one a nice Greek seasoning salt for roast chicken, grilled lamb chops and maybe even for a Greek salad dressing. The second is a Cajun salt that I use for everything from stews, gumbos and even for rubbing on our Thanksgiving turkeys before frying. These are simple, simple, simple but your friends will be happy! —inpatskitchen

I think I get my love for food and cooking from my mom, who was an amazing cook. She would start baking and freezing a month before Christmas in order to host our huge open house on Christmas afternoon. I watched and I learned...to this day I try not to procrastinate when it comes to entertaining.
My cooking style is pretty much all over the place, although I'm definitely partial to Greek and Italian cuisine. Oh yes, throw a little Cajun in there too!
