Beautiful. I don't bake but I steam the pudding in a pressure cooker for 1 hour and 10 minutes. Wonderful! My sons just love the pudding and my wife adores the pudding. This is the 2nd or 3rd time I have prepared this pudding. I don't get Brioche bread but I use Wheat bread. Thank you.

Yum! So smart to use the banana and raisin as a sweetner too - this would make a great breakfast bread pudding too! Or a brunch one. With mimosas. :-)
