What You'll Need
Ingredients
  • 1 egg
  • 2/3 cup almond butter or peanut butter
  • 1 cup sucanat or coconut sugar
  • 1/3 cup brewer's yeast
  • 2 cups gluten free oatmeal
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 1/2 cups chocolate chips
Directions
  1. Blend the butter, peanut butter (or almond butter) and sugar of choice until light and fluffy. Add in the eggs and mix well. Add in the rest of the ingredients until thoroughly blended. Bake at 350 for about 10-12 minutes. Sometimes I add in a couple of tablespoons on flax seed if I have it.

I made these despite the discrepancies between ingredients and directions. How is this recipe posted on this website when it makes no sense at all?

In the directions, you say to "Blend the butter, peanut butter and sugar of choice" but your ingredients only list almond butter & sugar. This is extremely confusing.
