Ingredients

2/3 cup
almond butter or peanut butter

1 cup
sucanat or coconut sugar

1/3 cup
brewer's yeast

2 cups
gluten free oatmeal

1 teaspoon
vanilla

1 teaspoon
baking soda

1/2 teaspoon
salt

1 1/2 cups
chocolate chips
Directions

Blend the butter, peanut butter (or almond butter) and sugar of choice until light and fluffy.
Add in the eggs and mix well.
Add in the rest of the ingredients until thoroughly blended.
Bake at 350 for about 10-12 minutes.
Sometimes I add in a couple of tablespoons on flax seed if I have it.
