Ingredients

medjool dates

1/4 cup
almond butter

1 teaspoon
vanilla

1 teaspoon
lemon juice

1/2 teaspoon
salt

2 tablespoons
cream or water
Directions

Soak the dates in hot water for at least an hour until they are soften up. (just so they're covered)
Drain the dates.
Remove the pit.
Put in a blender and add the rest of the ingredients.
Blend until smooth.
Serve with apples.
