Author Notes
I wanted to try something fresh and healthy this week but still wholesome and filling. Salads are great but majority of those out there (you try googling the word salad!) are just a bunch of leaves thrown together which doesn't sound very tasty or filling in my opinion! Cold chicken is one of those things that is great in a salad and gives it a bit more sustenance. Surprisingly, grapes and chicken make a great combo. The grapes make this salad nice and juicy while the walnuts give it a bit of extra crunch.
