- 4 pounds Grass Fed Chuck Roast
- 1 Lime
- 1 Onion
- 1 Clove of Garlic
- 1 handful Chipotle Peppers
- 5 drops Liquid Smoke
- 1 cup Bone Broth
- 3 Bay Leaves
- 4 tablespoons Adobo Seasoning
- COMBINE ALL INGREDIENTS IN SLOW COOKER 6-8 hours or until done
- SHRED BEEF AND SIMMER another hour or so
