Serves 4

  • 4 pounds Grass Fed Chuck Roast
  • 1 Lime
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 Clove of Garlic
  • 1 handful Chipotle Peppers
  • 5 drops Liquid Smoke
  • 1 cup Bone Broth
  • 3 Bay Leaves
  • 4 tablespoons Adobo Seasoning
  1. COMBINE ALL INGREDIENTS IN SLOW COOKER 6-8 hours or until done
  2. SHRED BEEF AND SIMMER another hour or so
