I made this tonight with what I had on hand - dark chocolate chunks and some semi-sweet chocolate chips. I didn't have milk, so I used mostly rice milk with a splash of heavy whipping cream cream. then cinnamon, chili powder, lime zest, and a tiny squeeze of honey. it was soooo delicious!

It is only the orange zest.

Is the honey necessary?

I really don't think so. Today I made it without using any honey, and I thought it was amazing. But my friends actually thought it needed some sweetness, so they added honey afterwards! I also made this yesterday with Nutella (was out of chocolate!), again without honey, and it was too sweet. Still not bad, though.

Do you add the Orange in segments or as juice plus the zest of course.

I was curious about the Orange too. Just zest or juice plus zest?
