This is a guaranteed warmer-upper, sinus-clearer, and overall make-you-feel-better drink, as long as you're not taking any medications for which alcohol is contraindicated. Ingredients

12 ounces
crisp hard cider

1 ounce
bourbon

cinnamon stick

2 or 3
dashes bitters
Directions

In a small saucepan, heat cider and bourbon until almost boiling.

Remove from heat and add bitters.

Pour into insulated mug and add a cinnamon stick. Breathe in steam between sips.
