Pumpkin, Orange and Spices oven Porridge

Ingredients
  • 100 grams Oatmeal
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon Nutmeg
  • 1/4 teaspoon Ginger
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 3 pieces Cardamom
  • 1 piece Orange
  • 1 piece Pear
  • 2-3 tablespoons Raisin
  • 2 tablespoons Almond
  • 2 tablespoons Pinion
  • 400 milliliters Oat drink
  • 100 milliliters Cream
  • 200 grams Pumpkin puree
  • 1 tablespoon Honey
  • 2 tablespoons Brown sugar
Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 180º. Place the oatmeal in a large bowl , add the spices and orange zest and mix well. Add the raisins, pears, peeled and grated previously, the pumpkin puree and the juice of half orange . Mix well with a spoon. Mix honey, oat drink and the cream, and add the oats, stirring to connect everything very well. Pour the prepared a container of baking , lightly brushed with butter. Distribute the pinion and almond rolled over . Bake about 30-35 minutes, or until the flakes were completely softened and the liquid has been absorbed . Remove from oven. Place the oven on grill function, maximum temperature. Sprinkle the brown sugar with the popes and put under resistance 3-4 minutes until it melted, browned and crusty . Serve hot , single or accompanied with a little milk or yogurt and honey.
