Time to rearrange the morning ritual on a detox mood.
Every detox program, see Gwyneth Paltrow’s Winter Detox plan, will tell you you must start the day drinking water on an empty stomach, then you'll have to wait 30 minutes to 2 hours before having breakfast.
Truth is, you usually wake up and have like 30 minutes to dress up, make up and breakfast up!
This is my human, reasonable solution to the question:
600 ml (click here to learn why 600 ml) of lemon, honey and ginger hot tea as soon as I wake up.
Go on with all the toilette affairs, so minutes (as much as possible) pass by, and then breakfast!
