Ingredients

Meyer lemon, juice

2 cups
cashew milk

1 cup
cashew sour cream

1 teaspoon
chilpotle sauce

Himalayan pink salts and white pepper
Directions

Place everything in a blender, or if you lucky and you have Vitamix.

Blend on high for about a minute until smooth and creamy.
