Serves bunch of people

  • 2-3 cups peeled garlic
  • olive oil
  • fresh thyme
  • sea salt
  1. Wrap the garlic, 3 tbs oil and thyme in aluminum foil and roast in the oven for 40 minutes.After 30 minutes open foil so garlic can get some color.
  2. (At this point you can cool them and freeze separately, store in container for future use.)
  3. Chop add more olive oil and sea salt.
  4. Crusty loaf of bread to dip in.
