Roasted Brussels Sprouts with Tzatziki

Brussels sprouts don’t need fancy preparations to be transformed into something delicious — they just need a vigorous sprinkling of salt and a good roasting. And some tzatziki, of course. —CAVA

  • Serves 4-6
  • 1/2 pound Brussel sprouts, cleaned and halved
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 3/4 cup Cava Foods tzatziki
In This Recipe
  1. Halve Brussels sprouts and spread on a pan. Drizzle with olive oil, salt, and pepper
  2. Roast at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for about 25 minutes, until lightly browned. Serve atop tzatziki.
  3. Enjoy!
