Brussels sprouts don’t need fancy preparations to be transformed into something delicious — they just need a vigorous sprinkling of salt and a good roasting. And some tzatziki, of course. —CAVA
Ingredients

1/2 pound
Brussel sprouts, cleaned and halved

2 tablespoons
olive oil

salt and pepper to taste

3/4 cup
Cava Foods tzatziki
Directions

Halve Brussels sprouts and spread on a pan. Drizzle with olive oil, salt, and pepper

Roast at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for about 25 minutes, until lightly browned. Serve atop tzatziki.
