- 1 banana
- 1/2 cup butternut squash puree
- 1 cup spinach
- 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
- 1/4 cup protein powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 pinch nutmeg
- Blend the banana, butternut squash, spinach, and almond milk until smooth. Add the rest of the ingredients and blend again.
- Serve immediately.
