Butternut squash, spinach, a banana, and protein powder make this the perfect, nutritious breakfast for mornings when you're short on time. —Haley Hansen

What You'll Need
Ingredients
  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 cup butternut squash puree
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • 1/4 cup protein powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 pinch nutmeg
Directions
  1. Blend the banana, butternut squash, spinach, and almond milk until smooth. Add the rest of the ingredients and blend again.
  2. Serve immediately.
