Ingredients

Shrimp 12

Salt 1/2tsp

Pepper 1/4tsp
-
Wine 1tbsp

Tomatoes 2 large
-
Tomato Ketchup and soy sauce 2 tbsp each

Egg whites 2 beaten
-
Cornstarch 2tbsp
-
Vegetable oil 4cups
-
Cabbage 4cups Shredded

Parsley few
Directions

Clean and wash prawns, mix with salt pepper and wine and set aside

Mix egg white and corn starch well, coat shrimps, fry one by one in medium heated oil, until lightly colored, drain well.

Arrange fried shrimp on plate, garnish with cabbage , tomato and parsley.
Serve with tomato ketchup and soy sauce mix
