Who doesn’t love a fancy champagne cocktail? I know I do! Just because the holidays are over doesn’t mean we have to go back to boring drinks. This recipe might sound a little strange (rosemary in a drink?!) but it actually is amazing. It is a very subtle taste in the drink but just enough to make you want to dance. Also, fresh squeezed clementine juice is a must! Don’t you dare use Tropicana orange juice. —Blakely

What You'll Need
Ingredients
  • Rosemary Simple Syrup
  • 1/2 cup Water
  • 1/2 cup Sugar
  • 3 sprigs Rosemary
  • Cocktail
  • 1 tablespoon Rosemary Simple Syrup
  • 1 ounce Fresh Squeezed Clementine Juice
  • Champagne
Directions
  1. In a small pan over high heat add the sugar and water. Keep stirring until the sugar is completely dissolved and turn it off. Add the fresh rosemary sprigs and let them steep in there until the syrup is cooled to touch.
  2. In a champagne glass add the simple syrup, clementine juice, and top it off with cold champagne. I like to add a little rosemary sprig on the top for garnish.
