Ingredients
  • Phyllo dough
  • 1 package of phyllo dough (20 sheets), thawed if previously frozen
  • 2 cups ground walnuts
  • 4 cups (2 pints) blueberry
  • Filling
  • 3 eggs
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 3/4 cup yogurt
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/3 cup oil
Directions
  1. For filling measure all ingredients in mixing bowl and mix to combine.
  2. Unwrap the phyllo dough and place it on a flat surface, keep covered with plastic wrap.
  3. Lay two sheets of phyllo in the dish, 4-5 tbsp filling mix, 2-3 tbsp ground walnuts, blueberry and another two sheets of phyllo. ( My pan is 17 x 11 inches )
  4. Repeat and finish with a layer of phyllo.
  5. Cut before baking.
  6. Make 4 cuts across, and 3 cuts across the width. Cut diagonally across each square.
  7. Bake at 350 degrees F for 25 to 35 minutes.
  8. Just cool and serve (no syrup), you will have to cut again.

Is there supposed to be butter in this as well? Sorry i think I'm missing something but i really want to try this!
