It's a healthy combination of vegetables, fruits along with nuts to give us an energetic boost and keeping our tummy full for longer. —easycookinwithmolly

What You'll Need
Ingredients
  • 1 cup Spinach
  • 1/2 cup Chard Leaves
  • 6 pieces Celery
  • 1/2 cup Aloe Juice
  • 1 tablespoon Ginger
  • 2 pieces Carrots
  • 1/4 cup Pineapple
  • 2 tablespoons Flax Seeds
  • 1/4 cup Almonds
  • 1 cup Water
Directions
  1. In a blender, add all the ingredients together and mix to form a smooth paste (about 2-3minutes or till the almonds-flax seeds are crushed & mixed)
  2. Sieve the drink into a jar.
  3. Pour in glasses and serve (You may add ice – as per choice)
