Ingredients

Spinach

1/2 cup
Chard Leaves

6 pieces
Celery

1/2 cup
Aloe Juice

1 tablespoon
Ginger

2 pieces
Carrots

1/4 cup
Pineapple

2 tablespoons
Flax Seeds

1/4 cup
Almonds
-
1 cup
Water
Directions

In a blender, add all the ingredients together and mix to form a smooth paste (about 2-3minutes or till the almonds-flax seeds are crushed & mixed)

Sieve the drink into a jar.

Pour in glasses and serve (You may add ice – as per choice)
