Celebrate St. Patrick's Day with this Irish cocktail that dates back to the 19th century. Tilt the champagne glass toward you when pouring in the Guinness and champagne to preserve the creamy head. —Phillippa Cannon

Guinness or other stout beer

champagne
Directions

Fill a champagne flute half way with stout, tilt the glass toward you while pouring in the beer. Top up with an equal amount of champagne.
