tablespoons Goat Cheese

cups Whole Milk

tablespoons Butter

Salt and Pepper
- Peel and quarter potatoes
- Boil potatoes, rosemary, and thyme
- Drain potatoes and herbs
- Mash potatoes and add goat cheese, warm milk, and butter. You may need more or less milk to get the texture you want
- Salt and pepper to taste
