I don't know if it's because I've lived in Asia for 6 years but I love anything black sesame, drinks, desserts including ice cream. This smoothie is my tribute to the Asian preference to taste. What You'll Need
Ingredients
  • 1/4 cup Black Sesame Seeds
  • 1/2 a Medium Banana
  • 1/2 cup Frozen Blueberries
  • 1/2 cup Rice Milk
  • 1/2 cup Water
  • 1 cup Ice
Directions
  1. Pop all ingredients into a blender and blend for 2 minutes, pour into a tall glass and enjoy!

very yummy and so easy to make. You can consider to add some maple syrup for sweetness
