- 1 Banana
- 6-8 Kale leaves
- 10 Brazil Nuts
- 1/3 cup Aloe Vera Juice
- 1 teaspoon Coconut Oil
- 1 teaspoon Turmeric
- 1 tablespoon VitaMineral Greens (optional)
- A few pickings of fresh Shamrock (White Clover), leaves and flowers (optional)
- Toss it all in a blender and mix until it is very thoroughly blended. Drink at room temperature. Best on an empty stomach.
