Aloe Vera Juice

Coconut Oil

Turmeric

VitaMineral Greens (optional)

A few pickings of fresh Shamrock (White Clover), leaves and flowers (optional)
Directions

Toss it all in a blender and mix until it is very thoroughly blended. Drink at room temperature. Best on an empty stomach.
