Ingredients
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 large cauliflower, cut into florettes
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
Directions
  1. Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add cauliflower; cook and stir 8 – 10 minutes or until tender and golden brown. Add garlic and salt; cook 30 seconds. Remove from pan.
  3. Add vinegar to skillet and bring to a boil. Cook until reduced by half. Add cauliflower and stir to combine.
