Author Notes: As a perfect grill side dish, a crowd pleasing appetizer, or even as a dessert, these honey grilled peaches with a divine creamy chevre are magnificent!Bread & With It

Serves: 8

  • 4 Ripe Peaches
  • 3 ounces spreadable chevre
  • fresh tarragon
  • honey
  1. Fire up the barbecue!
  2. Cut peaches in half and remove pits. Place cut side down on a hot grill. Cook a few minutes until peaches begin to warm up and searing marks are visible.
  3. Remove and spread cut sides with honey. Top with 1/4 of the chevre and garnish with fresh tarragon leaves. Serve immediately or keep refrigerated and serve cold later.
