Makes 1- 5lb brisket
- 1- 5lb brisket
- 1 packet Liptons onion soup mix (dry)
- 1 cup White wine
- 1/2 cup Ketchup
- 1/2 cup Golden brown sugar
- Preheat oven to 325 F. Mix together soup mix, wine, ketchup, and brown sugar in a large bowl. Trim brisket and place in casserole dish. Pour mixture over brisket and cover tightly with foil to steam. Cook for 4 hours at 325. Let cool or freeze for later use.
