This recipe is the simplest, perfect for any summer beverage.. The combination of crisp white wine, bubbly soda and slightly herby bitters is just the perfect elixir for Southern humidity. A sip of this simple spritzer is really a decent substitute for a misty ocean breeze. —Stella

What You'll Need

Ingredients

³/₄ cup white wine of your choice (I go with Sauvignon Blanc or Pinot Grigio)
³/₄ cup club soda
3-4 dashes Angostura bitters

Directions

In a tall glass, pour together wine and soda. Shake three or four dashes bitters into the spritzer, and swirl the glass to combine. Prop up your feet, sip and relax.
