Mix vegetable

  • Makes 10-12 servings
Ingredients
  • 8 ounces Sugar snaps peas
  • 6 ounces Snow peas
  • 9 Yellow button squash, cut in half
  • 6 Baby zucchini, cut in half lengthwise
  • 1 Candy cane beet, thinly sliced
  • 6 Radish, thinly sliced
  • 4 Rainbow mix carrot, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup Butter, melted
  • sea salt
In This Recipe
Directions
  1. Blanch vegetables one at the time and cool, mix afterword.
  2. Just before serving reheat and add salt and melted butter.
