Author Notes
The Fitzgerald (gin, lemon juice, simple syrup, and bitters) has become my go-to after-work cocktail, but I wanted to try a version that was alcohol-free. This *does* contain bitters, which to have a very low alcohol content. But if you want your drink 100% alcohol-free, just leave them out. Enjoy! —Courtney

Directions

-
Add the ingredients for the simple syrup and bring to a boil for 1 minute. Remove from heat and let the flavors steep in the simple syrup for 30 minutes. Strain into a container -- this is your gin-infused simple syrup. (You can store it in the fridge for up to one month.)

To assemble the mocktail: add green tea, lemon juice, simple syrup and bitters in a shaker with ice.
-
Shake and strain into a glass garnished with lemon. Enjoy!
