Serves: 4

  • 2 large cucumbers, sliced
  • 2 ounces butter
  • juice of half a lemon
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon white pepper
  1. Bring a large saucepan of salted water to a boil and boil the cucumbers for 2 minutes. Drain and immediately toss with butter, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
