Ingredients

1 pound
mung bean sprouts

1 1/2 tablespoons
scallions, chopped

1/2 teaspoon
sugar

1 tablespoon
sesame oil

1 tablespoon
toasted sesame seeds

3 tablespoons
soy sauce
Directions

Clean mung bean sprouts and wash in cold water.

Blanch bean sprouts in boiling water for 1 minute.

Drain; rinse well in cold water, and drain well.

Add remaining ingredients and chill thoroughly before serving.
