Author Notes: Sriracha chicken burger with a dill yogurt dressing. —Merowyn
- 1/2 Chicken breast
- 2 tablespoons Sriracha
- 1 Juice Lime and zest (1/2 for chicken 1/2 for yogurt)
- 1 tablespoon Fresh Dill finely chopped
- 1/2 cup Greek Yogurt
- 1/2 Juice lime and zest
- Combine Sriracha and lime let chicken breast marinate in mixture for 5 mins. Cook in griddle pan or on BBQ.
- Combine yogurt, dill, lime juice and zest. To serve add salad and chicken breast to wholegrain roll, pour dill yogurt over the top of the breast.
