- 1/2 cup cannellini beans drained and washed
- 1/2 cup pinto beans drained and washed
- 1/2 cup red cherry tomatoes cut half
- First step mix all dressing items together very well.
- then pour all dressing over the fruit and veg which should be ready in bowl lightly toss together and serve.
