- 150 grams goat cheese
- 5 edible flowers
- 250 grams arugula
- handfuls cress
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 teaspoons balsamic vinegar
- Simply compote the salad with all ingredients, sliced beetroot and diced goat cheese.
- Mix olive oil, salt and balsamic vinegar and season the salad. Garnish with the delicate flowers.
