Roasted cauliflower

Ingredients

  • 1 medium cauliflower
  • 2 tablespoons aji panca paste (red pepper paste)
  • 3 tablespoons oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 lemon or lime

Directions

  1. Cut cauliflower into same size florets, wash them and let them air dry.
  2. In a large mixing bowl put oil, aji panca paste (red pepper paste) and salt; mix, add the cauliflower.
  3. Spread on baking sheet in a single layer.
  4. Bake at 400F for 25-30 minutes.
  5. Before serving squeeze lemon or lime all over.
