Serves 4

  • 1 medium cauliflower
  • 2 tablespoons aji panca paste (red pepper paste)
  • 3 tablespoons oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 lemon or lime
  1. Cut cauliflower into same size florets, wash them and let them air dry.
  2. In large mixing bowl put oil, aji panca paste (red pepper paste) and salt; mix, add the cauliflower.
  3. Spreed on baking sheet in single layer.
  4. Bake at 400F for 25-30 minutes.
  5. Before serving squeeze lemon or lime all over.
