tablespoons aji panca paste (red pepper paste)
teaspoon sea salt

- Cut cauliflower into same size florets, wash them and let them air dry.
- In a large mixing bowl put oil, aji panca paste (red pepper paste) and salt; mix, add the cauliflower.
- Spread on baking sheet in a single layer.
- Bake at 400F for 25-30 minutes.
- Before serving squeeze lemon or lime all over.
