Makes about 2-3 cups

  • 4-5 chopped wild leeks
  • 1/2-1 cups olive oil
  • 1/4 cup pumpkin seeds
  1. Place leeks in a food processor and pulse until roughly chopped.
  2. Add pumpkin seeds and enough olive oil to process until finely chopped but not purred.
