Soy Acai Bowls

Serves: 1

Ingredients

  • 1 packet unsweetened frozen acai smoothie pack
  • 1/2 cup mixed frozen berries
  • 1 cup soy milk
  • 1/2 cup granola
  • 1/4 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1 banana, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon honey

Directions

  1. Blend acai, frozen berries and soy milk until smooth.
  2. Scoop out into bowl.
  3. Add granola, blueberries and banana.
  4. Finish with a drizzle of honey or agave for sweetness.
