Fresh California tangerine juice makes this receipe yummy —Laurie Bryant Middleton

What You'll Need
Ingredients
  • 1 cup coconut sugar
  • i1 cups water
  • 1 teaspoon Fresh tangerine zest
Directions
  1. cup of sugar 1 cup of water 1 teaspoon of grapefruit zest 2 cups of freshly-squeezed ruby red grapefruit juice 2 tablespoons of freshly-squeezed lemon juice 1. Add the sugar, water, and tangerine zest to a medium saucepan. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat, stirring until the sugar dissolves. Remove from the burner and set aside for a few minutes. 2. Stir in the tangerine and lemon juice. Strain through a fine-mesh sieve. Let cool. 3. Divide the mixture among popsicle molds and freeze for at least four hours, or until solid.
