- 3 kale leaves, de-stemmed
- 1/2 apple, sliced
- 1 carrot, cut into chunks
- 1 stalk celery, cut into chunks
- 1/2 cup tart cherry juice or water
- 2 limes, juiced
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 2 tablespoons Italian parsley leaves
- 2 tablespoons tablespoons mint leaves
- 1" piece of ginger
- Honey, to taste
- 4-5 ice cubes
- 1 1 1/2 2 1 2 tablespoons 2 Combine all ingredients in a high-powered blender or food processor and whir for 1-2 minutes, or until combined well.
- Serve immediately.
- "Chew" on the mixture to wake up digestion.
