The ultimate way to wake-up your digestion first thing in the morning. —Becki

What You'll Need
Ingredients
  • 3 kale leaves, de-stemmed
  • 1/2 apple, sliced
  • 1 carrot, cut into chunks
  • 1 stalk celery, cut into chunks
  • 1/2 cup tart cherry juice or water
  • 2 limes, juiced
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • 2 tablespoons Italian parsley leaves
  • 2 tablespoons tablespoons mint leaves
  • 1" piece of ginger
  • Honey, to taste
  • 4-5 ice cubes
Directions
  1. 1 1 1/2 2 1 2 tablespoons 2 Combine all ingredients in a high-powered blender or food processor and whir for 1-2 minutes, or until combined well.
  2. Serve immediately.
  3. "Chew" on the mixture to wake up digestion.
