Roses basil pecan pesto

Author Notes: only one word DELISH !!!I never cared for pesto. Now with this recipe I eat it all the time.Rosemary _ Franco

Makes: 1 pint

  • 3chopped fresh basil cups chopped fresh basil
  • 1 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 cup pecans chopped
  • 2/3 cup parm cheese
  • 2 tablespoons minsed garlic
  1. place basil in blenderpour in 2 tablespoons olive oil blend basil into a paste add pecans, cheese, and garlic and remaining oil Blend until smooth
