cup Lecroix coconut water
teaspoons Chia seeds
Protein powder - low sugar, vanilla, 1 serving per package directions
cups Frozen or fresh torn kale or spinach
cup Frozen pineapple chunks
tablespoons Canned coconut cream
cup Ice cubes
