- 6 (6-inch) pita breads
- vegetable cooking spray
- 1 teaspoon salt-free Greek seasoning
- Preheat oven to 350°.
- Separate each pita bread into two circles. Cut each circle into six wedges and place in a single layer on baking sheet pans. Lightly spray with vegetable cooking spray and sprinkle with Greek seasoning, tossing to coat.
- Bake for 10 to 15 minutes or until crisp and golden brown. Store in an airtight container. *Note: For testing purposes only, we used Cavender's All Purpose Salt Free Greek Seasoning.
