Gnocchi and grilled chicken with 3 cheese sauce

This recipe was created by the most known Beatles fan over the world RODOLFO R. VAZQUEZ, in his restaurant The Cavern in Buenos Aires Argentina , Corrientes 1660, Paseo La Plaza and Colegiales Zapiola 1502. Everything about food and the Beatles. —Tina Roack

  • Serves 2
Ingredients
  • 5 potatos
  • 300 grams flour
  • 1 egg yolk
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • Nutmeg
  • Parmesan cheese
  • 15 grams butter
  • 2 tablespoons of flour
  • 150 grams heavy cream
  • 50 grams gouda cheese
  • 50 grams Parmesan cheese

Directions
  1. Grilled Chicken Boil the unpeeled potatoes and add a little bit of salt . Once potatoes are coocked , strain them , peel them ,and finally make mashed potatos . Add pepper, nutmeg , add the egg yolks and the flour. Mix to get the diugh to prepare the gnocchi . Finally grill the chicken whth a little bit of salt all over.
  2. For 3-cheese sauce , prepare a bechamel sauce , add the chopped cheese , add salt, pepper , nutmeg and finally the cream. Add the cooked gnocchi . Spraying Serve with Parmesan cheese and add the grilled chicken breast and threaded on the gnocchi .
