Mussels with cider

A good main dish for all the family at Sunday. —Mary Devinat

  • Serves 2-4
  • 1 liter mussels
  • parsley
  • chive
  • 2/3 cider
  • salt and pepper
In This Recipe
  1. Clean the mussels. Remove the small dirt and go under water. In a large pot, put mussels, add the cider, herbs, salt and pepper. Stir with a large spatula from time to time so that they are all treated cider. Cook for 20 minutes (check the mussels are wide open).
