  • Makes 1 pizza
  • 1 12 inch Pizza Crust
  • 7 ounces Three Bridges Superfood Pesto
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 cup fresh mushrooms, sliced
  • 1/2 cup kalamata olives, chopped
  • 1/2 cup fresh mozzarella cheese
In This Recipe
  1. Preheat oven to 450º F. Place pizza crust on baking sheet
  2. Prep your vegetables by washing and slicing or chopping them
  3. Spread pesto evenly over pizza crust
  4. Evenly distribute the vegetables and cheese over the pizza
  5. Bake for 15 minutes or until vegetables begin to brown
  6. Cut into slices. Serve immediately and enjoy!
